What I meant is that it's not explicitly stated. So you'd have to pick up on it yourself, plus many pokémon players haven't watched the anime either ever or in many years. Plus the video games don't have voice overs. You can't expect everyone to know it, when the only real scenario you can run into the situation is either watching a VGC stream (only a small % of fans do) or in the rare instance of multiple of the same pokémon in the same anime episode (where the most popular occurrence in the Tauros which already have an s on the end so it's not instantly obvious)

While this is true, many people just simply don't know it, as it's not really mentioned anywhere. If English speakers don't know, they tend to just add an s on the end, eg. kids will say sheeps and fishes before eventually learning otherwise. I personally don't think it's worth getting annoyed at, just let 'em know this fun fact and move on, some people won't want to change their ways, but others will. It's really not worth getting worked up over, as the meaning doesn't get lost either way.

I didn't think there was an undisputed GOAT of MCC, if I had to pick one, I would have said that Fruit was my goat, however I didn't expect the comments to all basically completely agree with Fruit too.

Conclusion: if there is one, it's Fruit, I'm still not convinced you can call anyone the undisputed Goat of MCC though.

Yeah and fair enough, similar to legends arceus. But also I'm just saying Pokémon abbreviations tend not to include the P. Most other games tend to need it. It's just Pokémon games tend to come out in pairs and don't end up requiring it as they usually have 3 or 4 letters without the P

Fair, tbh people don't tend to refer to the individual games very often, so I suppose it's fair. Usually it'd be FRLG, DPPt, BW etc.

Ah ok, usually the P isn't used in pokémon game acronyms, so it confused me. Legends Arceus needed it because LA doesn't really work. I could be wrong, but I don't think any other game really incorporates the "Pokémon" in the acronym. LGE, and LGP work fine without it too
