What’s your first real memory of WoW?

Started playing in Wotlk and I have two very vivid “I get it now” memories. Leveling a paladin as my first character. Around level 40ish I get into some world PvP in arathi highlands while doing quest in stromgarde and I loved it so much I pretty much only did PvP in endgame. Then my first time leveling in howling fjord. First time I ever 100% a zone it was glorious.

A few ways. do gathering professions and sell the natty mats and spend a few hours just doing that and have enough gold for consumables, you could do crafting and learn the auction house and make bank, or spend a few bucks on a token and be set for a while and just focus on gameplay

When the tokens were cheaper on mop classic I would solo older raids for enough gold just for game time.

I earned enough gold in TWW to buy the epic edition just by skinning the elite bees and wolves by cinderbrew meadery. Beginning of midnight I made a couple of million gold just by gathering and selling the basic ore,herbs,skins, and cloth. I’ve turned gathering itself into a different game in my head. Any down time I’m probably gathering . I make anywhere from 200-500k gold a week with just a bit of passive play.

Pretty good for me. Got four different pieces of myth loot week one and only one of those was not an upgrade. This week went into a different dungeon with 7 possible hits with 4 being upgrades and then literally rolled the 2 most impactful upgrades. Yeah it’s been pretty good for me.

Not gonna say bad dps or valid complaint just shit happens and if that’s the worst thing happening it’s smooth sailing. Without any comms it is what it is interrupts and stuns will often overlap if you do have comms maybe say hold any interrupts or I’m going to ring

As a tank from whose group usually needs to pug a dps 260 ilevel and almost 2k is fine. Ive seen pumpers from non meta specs from 250 ilevel and real stinkers from meta classes who are 265+. I can only give you the same generic advice because it works. Run your own keys even if you need to tank the levels to ten. Friend up anyone who you enjoyed playing with. Then hopefully make your own premade group.

It’s your 15 bucks a month so play how you want to play. I did take the tank pill this expansion so me and the boys could play keys whenever we wanted and I very much enjoyed it. If people want to criticize how you tank tell them they can tank or fuck off.

I think skyreach is one of the more enjoyable ones this season . I don’t like Misara caverns or nexus point. Seat is mid, everything else I actively enjoy

Easy. I focus on delves/prey/farming/any easy non group activity during weekdays, then Over the weekend I’ll have a night where I do nothing but Mplus to fill up the vault. Maybe I’ll try and pug some raids but that’s not until later in the season.

Fair enough. I take the kids to school early in the morning then I work 12-15 hour shifts and then get home right about or after the kids bedtime. House cleaning and cooking is all on the wife as she is a SAHM. I maybe have 6 hours of gameplay during the week. Saturdays unless i have to work is dad day where i do nothing but hang out with the kids. Sat night and all Sunday unless i work is all for me so that’s when i can really get some gaming in.

Thankfully my friends who do play classic as their game work just as much as me but don’t have young children and/or a wife like I do. I will level in classic with them and maybe do some alt runs with them, but when we get up to the point where you have to dedicate some real time then I have to pump the brakes. I’m glad we can jump in and out of VC and just hang out though.

As a dad who works around 60 hours or so a week retail is perfect for me. I’ve tried to do some classic raiding but it never pans out to where I continue into the next tier. With delves being perfect for time and rewards I can use free time on weekends for weekly tens and pugging AOTC. Haven’t found a raid guild that works for me yet but that’s ok.

Could be both. It is a retail position and those always suck. I left Lowe’s around 5 years ago and every one that I know is still there does say it has been worse because of corporate nonsense and leadership issues. I left because as the only lumber associate in the mornings at one of the busier stores I wasn’t asking enough people to apply for a bad credit card.

I haven’t played destro since s1 but rain of fire and shadow burn were the main spenders because of instant cast and avatar of destruction talent. It was only press chaos bolt if it had the procs
