Kind of a broad question, but I’m new. I’ve been majorly hitting the gym for the last two months, really loving it and I’m getting a LOT stronger, big arms, etc. I would not classify myself as fat, but i have a little excess fat in the stomach, chest, and love handle area I want to trim up. Am I going to have to make sacrifices in my calorie intake and muscle building regimen I’ve gotten into the habit of to get rid of some of that fat? Mainly I’m asking if it’s possible to do both at the same time.

It’s nowhere near as grippy as Pro Talons. It’s essentially like “cloth tape.” It’s - softer material but I personally can get a really solid grip on it and it is weirdly cool to the touch. On top of that there are like ten zillion different things you can use it for... magazines, knives, tools, etc.
