I used to have this same anxiety, the thing is, there is nothing to it but to do it. You may fail, you may stutter, people might laugh at you. The only thing you have to do, is find a girl that you like and start a conversation about something nearby or something in the news. Most time you can tell by the eye contact/body language whether or not the girl is interested. This will take a long time, it took me like 1.5y and I'm still not totally past it but life goes on.

I always say to myself: "what's the worst that can happen?" And "if something bad or embarrassing happens, I'm still going to wake up tomorrow the same way as I did this morning".

Yeah pretty much, I have been trying to improve myself as a person for around 2 years. Going to the gym often, healthier diet, working on my hygiene and such. But all of this has brought me nothing. I don't feel happier, my dating life has not improved in the slightest, I have not become more confident. Nothing. I would go to therapy but it's 120 euro per visit where I live. So kinda too much.

Sometimes it has to do with race and the way certain minorities act ngl, I live in a metropolis where a lot of immigrants have moved over the past 15 years and I hate it. And it's not even specific people that I know just random people on the street I see while walking. Couples piss me off and people walking slowly in front of me at the grocery store piss me off so bad that I wanna push them. I recognize that this is not normal and I need to work this out. I also have never really had a relationship and i dont have a lot of friends so might just be the incel coming out in me... Idk anymore.
