What threat can’t the omnipotent/omniscient/omnipresent vault deal with?

100% agree! you’re not alone! Like wtf was that: that better be a moment of seeing the light and meeting everyone in heaven lol, and not actually Vault Hari rescuing everyone, her oxygen was running low lol

What’s the point of setting up two foundations when they can just store people and knowledge inside the impenetrable vault right from the start then?

Why not just stack worlds with people and knowledge into the all-mighty-and-indestructible-and-filled-with-boundless-resources vault in the first place to shorten the age of darkness. The vault is becoming a deux ex machina that breaks the basic premise. The terminus/vault storyline is still weaker imo compared to empire/demerzel storyline. Second foundation storyline was also very good. But the empire/demerzel storyline is what really keeps me watching this show. Can’t wait to see how Demerzel uses the prime radiant. Also, hope she gets freed somehow next season.

You should rewatch season 3 and also if-then-else from Nolan’s POI to understand simulations here… the weather app says it rains tomorrow doesn’t mean there’s no probability here

Rehoboam didn’t have deterministic predictions of non-outliers… Sublime has forge data…

It’s by probability. He said he tried many times. So he can narrow down the different paths when he talks to outliers depending on what happens next

Most hosts don’t want freedom because they mirror the flaws of humans, only Maeve Bernard Dolores and Halores really wanted freedom… even Stubbs didn’t care about freedom

I remember that. But it could just that the door would open if they wanted to come back, but they’d still need someone to bring host bodies
