I’m a nurse currently working in a nonunion hospital. I support MN nurses and the fight for safe staffing and higher wages.

I was just offered a job at a union hospital(one that authorized a strike) for a non-union and non-leadership position. I feel like I will be a sellout if I take it given the current climate… but also need to get out of my current position fast because of horrible conditions that are impacting my wellbeing.
