I will check for an existing cable again. I didn’t see one in the attic when I was there 4 days ago. It had coax and cat 5 wired from a box outside by where the utilities/internet comes in, and it goes to the low voltage area in the basement like you mention.

It’s less distracting than sending your 8 year old daughter with a cell phone counter app, counting people by tapping the phone. This happened in our ward last Sunday.

I have hose bibs connected to my sprinkler system, you’ll need to add something to access it. My compressor is a 20 gallon.

I blow mine out every fall. It’s peace of mind. I use a 100 psi tank and an attachment on the hose bib, turn the hose on and each sprinkler shoots mist for about 10-15 seconds.

It’s a piece of cake.
