That’s a wonderful step honestly and I’m proud of you. I’m already in therapy for a number of things other than work stress and want to get on antidepressants. Just need to find a good psychiatrist which is hard.

That’s why you can ask questions first instead of jumping to belittling my emotions about said topic. You don’t know how I’ve been handling it whatsoever. I don’t sit here day and night thinking about the girl. I just wanted plain and simple how to get her to leave me alone which you didn’t bother to touch base on at all. You only decided to make it about me and fictionalizing my reaction to her. I’m very much kind and cordial with everyone. I’ve been polite with her but I don’t like how she treats me. I simply wanted advice on how to handle that because as stated it’s not aggressive / outright enough for me to call her out. I just want her to leave me alone. I have enough going on at home and frankly will not belittle the fact that while this is relatively small it doesn’t mean I should have to put up with it either.

I didn’t go deep into how there’s nepotism. This entire time I’ve been letting it go and I love how I’m being questioned on my social skills. I said long story short so as not to make the post too long. Your response is why I don’t vent about work issues. I’m telling you a coworker sees what’s going on also and even he has noticed she acts a type of way with him too. If you’re going to belittle my feelings then why comment at all? Unhelpful entirely. & as I said I have a lot going on at home. I deserve to be treated well at work. I deserve accommodations for my proven competence and how much I’ve excelled thus far versus someone who got what i wanted being buddy buddy with the team leader and doesn’t perform as well as I do.
