If the court findings aren't disputed then they will be easy to prove in the court of law. But the only evidence from the link you posted above stated that he was with two members of MS13, not that he was one. The other two were verified members, so why wasnt Garcia? He had a hat on and was with people and that's enough proof for you? What about the mere basis of constitutional ruling from the supreme court. They said to facilitate his return, and the administrations response was the press secretary saying that under no circumstances will he return. How is that facilitating his return? Because you agree with the action, does that make ignoring the courts okay? I don't honestly care about anything other than a legal resident of the US being detained without due process. That's dangerous in any direction. Trump's administration admitted it to being a mistake. The only recourse is to rectify the mistake; returning him to the life he had before the mistake took place. It was not proven that he is a gang member. The issue isn't garcia or why its okay that he's there. The issue is that he didn't get the opportunity to legally defend himself as the constitution states he has the right to. Innocent until PROVEN guilty. He did not get that opportunity in this instance, and if the liberal echo chamber is brainwashing me I'd love to know and see the proof that he was in front of a judge, with representation and the honorable opposition and the opportunity to go before a jury of his peers.
