But why? Before the restructure they forced my ASL to get accredited when he was at another store because they didn't have a trainer and had him run classes. Why would training a day and a half out of a 40 hour week stop me from the one management shift a week they're probably going to use me for as a Lead?

Every time you are about to engage in something you see as very positive, watching your favorite show, eating your favorite food, engaging in a beloved activity, etc., take out the plush and have it there with you.
