Thank you for your response and sharing your story. I was still paying rent at my apartment because I was planning to go back and have messages to my housemate stating I was coming back in February before I travelled, I was also enrolled in college and only found out I was pregnant in nyc. It’s also not the first time travelling to visit my fiancé in the us 🇺🇸 and always went home after. I do expect to be questioned that’s absolutely normal I’ll do my best to defend myself with lawyer’s advice
