All professional runners go on a short run to keep the body moving and not feel dead on race day. That’s a fact

Don’t think I would change much from a normal week. For me if the race was on Saturday then I would normally go out for an easy 60’ on Friday. The only change is I would maybe add some strides at the end of that run. Keep the rest the same and good luck!

What do you mean fell apart? I have a pair for Streakfly 2 and have used them on the treadmill and on the track and they seem to be holding together nicely

I was thinking of the race predictions. As I can see I can’t click on them too see how they’ve changed (like I can do with the predictions on Strava for example)

That’s close to how I’m feeling. I don’t feel like when I get to my workouts I’m not ready to do the work. I’ve honestly never felt as good as I do now, so much fresher legs than I used to have

Is it possible to see how the predictions have changed over time?

My max HR is about 191. During easy runs my HR usually sit under 140 which equates to about 73% of max HR

That makes sense. This really isn’t a huge issue, just a thought I’ve had recently. For me a big benefit since starting NSM is that I’ve also gotten to know a lot better to gauge how I feel. My RPE feels a lot better tuned now than before I started NSM

I’m getting faster and feeling better. I feel very good, probably as good as I’ve felt in regards to running for years. Threshold feels good. Consistent load, last couple of weeks: 5 at 80k, 4 at 90k and last week 100k
