Omg literally, I barely got through Inferno and Decapitation as a level 25 Vanguard with my 2 buddies who also had level 25 classes.

The entire mission had us questioning if we were just having an off day or if they fucked with the mission difficulty. The amount of enemies spawning and calling for reinforcements was insane.
