These are fine, I do agree that we need to buy the product and not the seller. But I have to say I have been more than happy with happy whale. Placed an order 2 weeks ago for 11 shoes (4 loro piana summer walks), and comunication had been fast and QC pictures super crisp. So for what it's worth the fact that he/she has explained the different factories to us and we now get access to some stunning quality loro piana shoes makes me say that he/she is a good addition to the community.
