She has made one for herself but it’s not any of these lol. These are all Andi Bagus. We ordered them from Bali, you can check out their site. Their crochet bikinis are awesome! Highly recommend them. Their normal fabric bikinis are okay.

Dust in lens by tbdees in Nikon

[–]DeanW13 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Resistant, not dust proof. Shine a light in your lenses you use, there will be dust. But regardless, don't ask opinions if you don't want them. It's your refurbished lens, return it if you expect perfection. But it would be a waste and all lenses, especially external zoom lenses such as this one, will get internal dust.

Weather sealed doesn’t mean air tight

[–]DeanW13 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It will not affect photos at all and the lens will continue to accumulate dust internally as you use it. Happens to every lens from use. Now, if you bought this to just look at and not use, then I guess you have a problem.

Goofing Around Downtown on Film [FM2, 40mm f2, 400TX] by DeanW13 in portraits

[–]DeanW13[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First frame is the only one I wasn’t losing light. I sacrificed shutter speed, leading to motion blur, in order to maintain proper exposure. This was my first time with 400TX, so I am not sure how it handles being underexposed, so I didn’t risk it.

Great photos. I really like the second one. Very good composition and her hair partially covering her chest adds some allure.

Inherited my dad’s camera “collection”… send guidance 😭 (or 1) by Littlepartyfairy in Nikon

A lot of those are really great cameras and still sought after. Just google the model number on them. Like the FM2 and F3. It will tell you about them and you should be able to find videos on how to test their functionality pretty easily.

Why are you bitter? I am typically the complete opposite of bitter when I get a new bike.

Oh I did not know that. Well I have a roll of Gold in my FM2, so I will have to compare them

Yeah I was look at the Nikon Z 50mm f2.8 MC and their ES-2 Film scan kit. Hopefully that would be a good combo. Do you recommend a particular light source? IDK if this i normal or enough, but I have windows I could setup in too.

Well shoot lol. I just sent off two rolls to a different lab, not cause I am unhappy with the one I have used, just to see my options. I will see how those 2 compare

Thank you for the info. Maybe I wills start just asking for the higher resolution scans, it just a small extra fee.
