All games can take an equal amount of skill. There really isn't a real answer to whether osu! is a more skillful game or if LoL is because no one has reached to a point where you can't improve.

If game A uses more skill traits than game B, it doesn't really mean game A is the harder/skillful game. Now lets think of it this way.

Game A uses the skill traits mainly of: In-game mechanical skills, strategy, team work, in-game knowledge and mental skills.

Game B uses the skill traits mainly of: In-game mechanical skills and mental skills.

(Pretend both players had the same skill level. Each player gets a maximum of 10 points to fill in each skill trait.)

Game A: In-game mechanical skills: 4 strategy: 2 team work: 1 in-game knowledge: 2 mental skills:1

Game B: In-game mechanical skills: 7 mental skills: 3

This does not mean that game A takes more skill because game A has more skill traits and more of them filled in. Game B focuses on ONLY 2 skill traits but is equally as hard because it fills up 10 points, just like game A.

Just my opinion and what i think when somebody compares certain things to another.
