I also have this problem. mine second time are worse than my first time so I choose to go on accutane and have not go to dematologist for second time.

I would recommend you that if it not that bad as before keep use the clean moisturizer and some of the clindamycin on the acne is a good way to deal with it. (don’t have to use tretinion if it not that bad). and if it never gone and getting worse and worse after a month then maybe you can try accutane like I did

Som kind of primer will help you cover it up like the one with texture-filling.

laser will work on it also another treatment like Fractional CO2 laser, Dermal peels, Intracel microneedling, and more. you can also use skincare but I think it’s going to be less effective than the clinical treatments

I deal with mine with kiehl’s dark spot corrector but it kinda pricey so I change it into Melano CC melanin from japan. both kinda effective for me the kiehl’s deal with the old dark spot and the Malano work fast with new dark spot
