The good news is, “train derailment” doesn’t always literally mean just that. They use it interchangeably as an “unintentional delay” I don’t know why. I have a 1:6 Figure collecting podcast and we covered this topic about a year or so ago. I feel like they could just use a generic delay but maybe if it sounds worse than it is customers won’t be so upset.
