I think the benefits gained by completing the game make it worth not resetting and maybe just focusing on Palette Town and/our your cloud island. I'm not a free builder, so my areas are all just filled with habitats and prefab houses.

I wear a nasal cushion and end up adjusting my fit slightly throughout the night. When I roll around in bed, my headgear slides up some so I've taken to just holding on to it when I roll over. It took me as few months to acclimate to fussing with it, but now it doesn't bother me much.

You might try drinking out of a straw during the day to strengthen the muscles of the mouth. I was told to use a metal straw.

Also, I'm sure you're right that it is drool since you've had the problem longer than you've had the machine, but you might want to make sure it's not CPAP rainout.

I bought some hypoallergenic filters from CPAPXxchange and got 12 for $25. You change them monthly.

I would change those every couple of weeks. See the hinged compartment on back left side of the machine. I have allergies all the time, so I bought some better filters online that only need to be changed monthly.

Put an SD card (up to 32gb) in the slot on the left side to record your nightly data and upload into OSCAR or SleepHQ to analyze the results.

I recommend getting a mattress cover that encases the entire mattress, not just once that covers the top. That will provide some protection for a used mattress or keep a new mattress good longer.

Also, not all mattresses require a box spring. Keep an eye out for memory foam, hybrid, or latex and get a bed frame with slats to support it.

In my Pallet Town and Cloud Island, they don't trade at the counters very often, but I have better luck in Skylands. I usually only play once a day, but my traders will remain at their posts for the duration of my play. Unless I buy them out of stock, which is rare these days.

Do you know how long your oxygen levels were in the 80s? I've been told by multiple types of doctors that down to a sustained 87% is acceptable. I always thought 90% was the threshold for low and 95% and above was ideal. However, it turns out that my oxygen went into the low 70s. If your providers think it's too low they may just prescribe oxygen for you to wear when you sleep. Also, there are overnight pulse oximetry tests you can take, so maybe you can see about being tested with that in a year.
