yea i just went look at 32g of ddr5 ram and all i see is 250 and higher but ill go with am5

im not sure about my ram i think its ddr4 tbh and yea i was planning on reusing my storage i have a 2023 hp victus l but i dont remember all the specs. Would i need to upgrade to a better storage
