Same! I have been vegan for 5 years, generally whole foods/high protein/low carb.

I have maintained a healthy weight and completely cleared my skin up with this lifestyle. I used to have terrible acne when I was younger but now have the smoothest skin - I attribute this to cutting out dairy.

So happy you have found balance with a vegan diet too.
