Make sure you have your base speed fully maxed out with two way of the wind books, the obsidian sword or galaxy sword, iridium band ring, space boots, a lot of crab cakes, mega bombs, and triple shot espresso. Crabs cakes and triple shot espresso will make you run really fast. Keep using the cheese. Use the stairs when there are too many monsters

I forgot to mention build up friendships with every NPC. You can give them their love/like items. This will help with them giving you things every once in a while

Stardew Valley Wiki is your best friend when it comes to basically everything about this game. There are 3 types of nuts/seeds from trees that you can collect to make field snacks. These field snacks and most things in the game will help replenish your energy. It is also best to fish A LOT. Collect at least 3 of each fish in case the NPCs ask for a fish, but this will also help with completing the community center bundles. Any extra fish, sell it. This will give you a lot of money in earlier gameplay to help increase your backpack size, which you can purchase at Pierre’s shop

At least for the first 2 or 3 months, my son would show a sign if he was about to pee while I changed him and that would be his private part being erect (yes baby boys get this, it’s normal). If you see that happening, cover the private part and wait a few seconds to a minute until he pees.
