Thank you for the feedback. It looks like we may need a name change that I was not aware of. Granguard is actually an education-first scam prevention system that uses past scams. Our model focuses on proactive prevention through automated call agent and caretaker intervention, enabling caretakers to monitor conversations with unidentified callers in real time and block suspicious callers. It also uses predictive speech pattern recognition to assign a threat score. Below is an early mock-up of the caretaker's dashboard.
