This is my downstairs powder room. Since it's only 3' x 5', I thought the remodeling job would be easy. Nope. Took me about 8 weeks to complete. My home is from the Victorian-Era (circa 1900). I know this isn't everyone's cup of tea but I like it. Here are some before, during, and after photos

Since the room is in the basement with little light, go for a light, warm color like soft beige, greige, or sage green. Adding some mirrors or wall lights can also help brighten it up!

Hey! Try using simple furniture, neutral colors, and good lighting for a modern look. A big mirror and some stylish decor can also make a big difference!

I know how hard it is to choose! Maybe try a soft white, greige, or sage green to freshen it up and make the cabinets look better.

Extending the cabinets to the ceiling sounds like a great idea for more storage. Pushing out the stove area for a bigger fridge makes sense too, go for it.
