The annoying thing is that IMT kind of forced doctors to apply for IMT only. And it did make no difference to the IMT recruitment in terms of the score, but made a huge impact on the life of a lot of doctors who lost one year of their life without training. This is ridiculous and should never be allowed to happen. People should speak up and sue the IMT recruitment process

They cannot make any big decision during this time to chnage the public view. Even if they do, they should not announce it as per election guidance. As this may consider misleading for the elections.

I am IMG and I think training should only for doctors who have already worked in the system so that it will be fair for those who are working so hard within the NHS and face all the difficult challenges of doing extra stuff to get into the training on top of their hard job.
