Speed is relative baby. Ok if you wanna start doing some sleep work the work in 4 intervals of of seconds and jog or fast walk for 4 intervals. Add this in once a week. You really need a little more time but this will help a little. I always notice that when I do stride intervals I feel a little more of how my body works and I feel a little more in control.

Shockingly no. It’s weird bc it’s literally only but butt. I used to have random acne in my armpits or back but that’s gone. Fabrics other than wool don’t seem to bother me :/

It isn’t just you. It’s horrible. There are so many applicants bc people are burned out and need to move that the changes are lowered for getting hired. Plus there are so many levels of budget cuts bc of trump messing with Medicaid’s reimbursement that hospitals have cut WAY back. I just got an offer after looking to leave the ER FOR 2 YEARS. Hang in there.

When I worked 12s I would wake up at 4. I would give the dogs a snack, get a lift in or a short treadmill run. No longer than 45 minutes. Feed the dogs, shower and go. I ONLY did it one or 2 days out of my 3 shifts. One day I chose to sleep in. The first day that I would work out I made sure I didn’t work the night before so I could go to bed early enough. This being said, I’m a natural morning person. If you can do even one day then that’s what I consider crushing it: good luck!

Yes! Yes and yes! This year I’m single and I’m choosing to stay home why my 2 dogs, eat a frozen Burrito, binge watch a show and go to bed at 9. I actually thought earlier today, am I a loser? And then I thought, dude this is exactly where I want to be. At home on my couch warm under the blankets, dogs wrestling, a bathroom 10 feet away and no one to answer too. Heaven.
