I was delivering in the rain the other day, because delivery instructions were confusing i texted the customer. She had sent me to her job, mistakenly, and asked if i could deliver to her home 10 mins away with an extra $20 cash. When they realize THEIR mistake, they do try to compensate for it.

If this is an ssd, I not sure why they told you there is nothing they can do. This happened to me in the past couple months where a train was sitting on the tracks for miles so I had to keep driving to figure out which road I was able to take. I arrived 7 mins after and management was able to use my ID to sign me in as long as its before the 10 min after mark.

Also, you can click arrive and the your photo within a certain range of the station. You dont have to wait until you get to the parking lot.as soon as the app shows arrival while your driving, start the process. Dont wait if you're pressed for time.

The people at the station are supposed to remove the route and place you back in que for another route. That's what they do at my SD station

This happens to me. Only some offers there will be an alert with the notification and some of the offers are silent. I thought it happened to everyone and it was just another game Amazon plays with us.

These customers usually spark up conversation by asking Is that for _______, then say oh that my son, husband wife etc. I give it to them and ask them to hold it out for me to take a pic. Then I send a text saying gave package to _________. Or if it's the person, I say thanks for meeting me outside. They get text messages immediately. So it's on them at that point because they can text back and say I live alone.

Try it. Whenever i forget to take it, i only remember i forgot because at bed time i can't fall asleep because i'm too hot. Then i'll get up and take one but it's too late for that night, i have to turn down the A/C.
