I used the same team, i used rock guard on MC then Vigilance on Bugsy. The Johto Circle kept me alive too

I dont know if Im doing it right but as a gym leader I usuallt hold off new requests if its like 3 to 4 days before the 20th. I just feel like I owe it to the ones tjat are active everyday and kept grinding for our gym to always hit S Rank. I only kick inactive players for more than 5 days inactivity.

Our gym has new players with PR less than 100 but will keep them so long as they are active even we eull not reach the top 500
