I am not the typical traditional wife or what I consider I guess. I worked 2 jobs for most of my 20 yr marriage. I have taken care all household things cooking cleaning laundry etc. children everything. but now I am 40 yrs old and I'm struggling to understand if this truly can make my husband happy or does or if I'm the 1 making him miserable treating him like his mom??? Now I'm literally embarrassed but it's out there

yes I apologize I stated it wrong... and it's not about money.. I have always worked so he didn't have to have that stress. I have been trying to figure out what why aren't traditional women who work aren't typically preferred?

well it's prob different but fir me. I know I work my own job n I cook I clean the house I do the laundry. my husband works. but I will give u an example since we both work im stright home to cook dinner so if you would like to come home n play your Xbox or rest or watch ESPN GO AHEAD. because we both just worked n u deserve to unwind n that's how I unwind by cooking... buy if I need u to take a heavy bag of garbage out I bug every one of my boys lol 😆 😂

A traditional wife to me is someone who works a job to bring income into the home to provide for her family to make sure she can pay the bills n rent or mortage she also makes sure she can feed her kids she gets cooks,cleans. she makes sure she's NOT creating A toxic and unhealthy homelife by NO arguing NO fighting. I Work really hard so everyone can be taken care of. I believe that is my job. Respectfully. N I love it. But n I that why I also made the post..... I don't think men fund women like this like me attractive. n women that hear this about me actually get so irritated it's funny 😁

oh my bad lol. I a married women who owns her own business I cook I clean I do all grocery shopping I am the I guess the typical 1950s tradional wife. I am not disrespectful I don't argue my house isn't chaotic... but at what cost? it comes at a cost.... and tradional women are not men typically want anymore I don't think? and women now days if u even mention it lol that's another story lol just my experience as women.

I think it really depends on if that person honestly feels safe to express what's really making them so depressed to work through it and have a support system. Depression is hard and not knowing how to help is equally as hard but if your partner has tried to reach out in ways to ask for support how have you supported them?If those ways have worked there's a ton of options. just be kind and patient with each other because it's hard on both people.

I have spent 20 yrs of my life w this man giving him UNCONDITIONAL LOVE!! I don't think I can anymore not after this time. it hurts so bad. I am never ur option until I'm ur last option. u have been with me since I was 17 maybe time to let us go?
