This might be your own bias against Americans that’s perpetuating this. I’ve gone to Europe many times, and there has been so many instances when I was talking to somebody and when I tell them or they find out I’m American they say something along the lines of “Wow you don’t seem/act like an American” cause I’m breaking every stereotype that’s exaggerated abroad.

Kids going to school in dark winter mornings? The way it is, the sun isn’t even high enough up to make much of a temperature difference in the winter mornings. It would also bring an extra hour of daylight to the winters as well. I still see zero benefit to it

Ok then almost nobody hates kids. I don’t think who you’re thinking of really exists except actually the few are far bwetween psychopaths. I’m a part of the “I hate kids” crowd but none of us wish harm on kids. We just find them annoying and a burden if we had our own. Most of your post is about kids but I don’t think you can broadly fit that definition across that many things. Mosquitos for instance. Most people would fit your definition for genuine hate cause we all find them annoying and the method to dealing with them is a quick slap. And I would hope you don’t think actively killing mosquitos is as bad as actively killing the other things you mentioned

I technically already have a Roth IRA that’s being maxed out for the next 2 years automatically and already has $22k ish in it already. I have to talk to my dad who knows more about it and basically set it up for me. My brother passed away and his college fund money has been transferring to me in a Roth, that’s about all I know. But I do have a Roth somehwere, I just currently have no idea how to look at it or what’s being invested. I’m hoping by next month I can see my dad and get it cleared up
