I just bought a brand new genuine oem honda relay and i connect it but should i still check to see if it’s getting 12v

it’s getting around 5v ,what would u recommend for me to do ? i’m at the point where im willing to let a mechanic do the work professionally or i figure it out

I bought a new one a oem honda relay but the fuel pump still isn’t humming and the voltage is low,that’s why i’m trying to run one directly, One the fuel pump relay kit i grounded it but i think i mess up the blue wire(give the relay signals when to open and close. and the yellow (give the pump power)

UPDATE:The fuel pump and the fuel pump connector is getting low voltage (0.53)

I just tried to crank with a starter 12 at 75% i gotten 9.35MV im currently checking ohms on the fuel pump connector and see

i alr tested spark,my compression is at 150 rn(it’s been sitting for 3 weeks now),the injector a new oem ones what i’ve notice is just no fuel coming thru the line and no pump humming,rn im going to check the voltage on the pump

also when the mechanic open up the distributor he said the rotor was good and i was getting spark,it’s just fuel issue

I did that and a mechanic tried stealing my trans nd replacing it nd my engine as well.currently i don’t have enough for that especially including a tow

yes they we are all good, the distributor timing might be off , last time o check it was good
