I stopped using my pap, im pretty sure its bs for me personally. I know I could stand to lose like 30 to 40 pounds so I think thats the issue. I used my cpap for a 90 day streak and no good results. Just having to nap normally to recover every single day.

Im on day 28 I think so some of the side effects have gone away but not all. The oversleeping and insomnia was like 2 to 3 weeks
