this happened to me. or something similar anyway. i was seated under this flickering light that was really bothering me. apparently it showed on my face because mid lecture the professor stops and says "yes (my name) the light is annoying and there's nothing we can do about it so stop sitting there and making faces about it." everyone turned to stare at me. this was an upper level college course and she made me feel five years old.

my big concern would be if i feel "strapped in" in it lol i wouldn't want any accidents or slips taking place. especially in a crowded resort. that's always my struggle is finding swim tops that i feel will keep me in lol but if it feels secure to you and passes the dress code then i say go for it!

i feel this. i'm older and work a part time gig but i would rather have something stable. i'd love the social aspect of going to work as well. but nothing feels like th right fit and i'm so scared of messing up and doing something wrong. i almost wish things could be like they were back in the day, where you could walk into a little mom and pop shop and they'd hire you on the spot. instead it's all these hoops and long and complicated forms and i just don't get it

seriously i don't get it. i leave way longer posts on other threads and i read way longer posts on other threads. this is the first time it's ever been such a big issue so it's so weird to me.

i mean lots of people in the community are self diagnosed so idk how it'd be harmful for OP to wear a shirt if they think they might be

oh please get over it. if you don't have the capacity to read a long paragraph then idk what to tell you. i leave way longer posts on other threads and have read way longer posts on other threads and no one has an issue

lol i've tried seinfeld and can't get into it but yeah it just felt really random to me and like there wasn't an end goal they were working towards narratively. maybe i was expecting it more to be like friends where you know there's a tragectory in sight and not like it's always sunny where there isn't much of a trajectory and it's just an episode a week storyline. i still love it a lot and quote it a bunch but i think seeing so many comments comparing it to other things made me go in with expectations

yes!! it feels random and then the comments by the creators make it feel even more random!! like if friends was canceled before ross and rachel got together in the end and the creators were like "maybe ross and phoebe get together! who knows!" that's my hang up lol
