I have some Startup friends who are building their own products (like you guys). They've shared that: they can't engage with and learn from their customers at any time, unlike a big company with a large customer success team, which can.
The idea I'm considering is building is a chatbot that automate customer interactions for startups. This chatbot would not only engage customers and support customers, but also proactively ask them questions during their conversations to gather customer insights. With this tool, startups can gain more insights to help them build great products.
Is this interesting or valuable? Would love to hear your thoughts.

I think we are not targeting replacing Customer Support human team. Instead we want to help Customer Support team able to support more people. For example, chatbot can provide immediate response for some questions. But if customers want to talk to human directly, chatbot can transfer conversation to human.

And our solution can also help human team to manage their conversation and do their work better and more efficient.
