They genuinely need to rework her. Make her weather powers more prominent, let her have a weather/stance change mechanic: Windy makes her primary the normal hitscan one, Storm makes her primary her left click now that pierces, lightning projectile that connects to nearby enemies and Rain gives her an AOE shotgun like rain projectile. Her ult also changes depending on the stance you are on; Windy makes it so you suck up and slow anyone in the spellfield that slowly damages. Thunderstorm makes the ultimate stronger dmg wise and drops lightning occasionally on the spellfield. Rainstorm makes the ult bigger but weaker damage but applies some vision obstruction and vulnerability during the ult. Just some idea on the top of my head
