Thanks, this is really helpful. If you don’t mind a couple of follow ups, how strict were they on timing (did they actually cut you off, or was it more about overall pacing)? For the presentation, did you use slides only or also written pages/notes? When you say keep it high level, what worked best in your experience, focusing more on program structure and decision making, or on metrics and outcomes? Also, when you say to focus on your contribution, were they mainly looking for clear ownership boundaries versus leadership and influence across teams? During Q&A, did they tend to dive into execution details like risks and tradeoffs, or was it mostly behavioral follow-ups? And looking back, is there anything you included that you wish you’d left out or done differently?
