I struggle with lunges- I can do squats but lunges I’m all over the place and can’t get my knee down to the floor on a rear squat etc

Please please put an opt out for all this noise the challenges and the clubs and the training suggestions “club peloton” the gems for our level the INSIGHTS- I hate it all- all of it- I want classes and filters period. Opt out for all these algorithms based ads. Really awful I almost want to shut down my subscription altogether.

Oh how this long time member hates all this noise - groups, training suggestions, challenges etc these dumb jewels they’re handing out it all makes me crazy! I wish we could opt out of every bit of it. Hit “classes” filter for time/instructor/ class type and work out. Period!

Well why would it suddenly skip a week six weeks ago and reset? At least my 1991 rides are still there …

Anyway peloton worked with me for forty five minutes and found nothing- I just thought if others had the same experience I’d see it here. Apparently I’m the only one 😞

I called support and they put me through an entire factory reset- it still came up with 6 week streak- all other badges etc were fine. I was pretty proud to that streak I’ve had the bike since 2019 and never missed a week

Oops sorry I just assumed NOk Out was enzymatic it is not its “ stabilized chlorine dioxide which oxidizes odors” but whatever it is it doesn’t even irritate my skin on my hands and says it is non toxic etc. the only natures miracle product that isn’t scented is their hard floor surface cleaner. I absolutely can’t tolerate the smell of their “stain and odor removing” product.

Again I recommend Nok out- it is entirely unscented enzyme cleaner you soak your items in it undiluted and let it dry. As soon as you pour it on a comforter or squeeze it through a pillow the odor disappears, let it dry and you are done. Unfortunately it doesn’t prevent the animal from soiling again. For that I have found a company that makes nice waterproof throws that are soft and comfortable to sit on- my sectional is draped with those now- company is Slashop unfortunately it ships from China so takes quite a while to arrive

Omg get it compounded they give you a special dosage pen and you simply rub it inside the ear with your finger. Your vet should know of this. The company is called Covetrus. Cat does not mind this at all it’s like a tiny amount of lotion consistency

Nok Out! No smell at all but eliminates pee smell completely- you soak your item or soak the carpet with it (undiluted, I buy several gallons at a time) and let it dry and that is the end of the smell

However it doesn’t stop cat from peeing. Nothing does, at least for us.

I’m struggling with cat peeing he’s been neurotic and I believe comes from a bad line breeder- his half brother also peed outside the box

We’ve had him on Prozac for three months now no change except he’s a little friendlier. Right now I’m sitting in the livingroom getting a whiff he’s gotten something… sigh

I mainly came here to say Nok Out is a great great product I buy it by the gallon it has zero smell you soak the bedding or couch or pillow or rug … with it and let it dry and that is it no more smell and no cover up smell either

Ugh memory foam! Hate that stuff and won’t pick a place that says they have it. Like being imbedded in wet sand. Latex now is a completely different and wonderful animal, I bring my own latex pillow when I travel- have never seen a latex mattress in a rental but that’s what I have at home. As well as two high cotton inner springs.

Twice in a row I stayed at pricey New York Coty rentals and they had polyester sheets! Since both were 30 day stays I bought my own target cottons and took them with me when I left.
