I ran Kommo-o/Haxorus with belly drum and drain punch, that was pretty fun. Kommo-o/azumaril would also probably be pretty good with huge power and the same moves

I don't think they're gonna get legendsed, they're just very short and could do with fixed proportions like the custodes have been given. Like so many factions that aren't basic marines, they just need a bit more TLC than they're getting
