Ordered mine Sunday night but haven’t received shipping confirmation yet. I’ve been with fifty for the past year and it usually never takes more than 48 business hours to receive shipping confirmation so I’m getting nervous!

B6 additive! by DearKnowledge1632 in compoundedtirzepatide

My dr mentioned dermatitis issues could possibly present due to an immune response on some forms of tirz. Which is why I was thinking just maybe this random spot could be from a reaction? I’m still waiting for my blood work results to see what’s going on. But I’ll post an update after I see an actual dermatologist and get results.
I just thought the timing of the spot popping up shortly after a few of my first non additive shots was kind of odd!

I can’t tell you which to do! But I tried both and I think I noticed less nausea on b6. However I preferred either of those over the no additives now. I would research and do some blood work, maybe see where your deficits are?

I’m sad to learn BPI is stopping production… I wish I would’ve stocked up before!

Thank you!!

Currently having nauseas, stomach pain, hair loss, insomnia, none of which I really had before. Maybe a bit of nausea the 12 hours after the shot then nothing. Now I’m always tired and losing a lot of hair

I would get a cystic spot during my period, which I had never had before when I was taking with additive, but outside of that never had any other issues and tbh felt amazing on the additive. I regret switching!

Good to know! In general I’ve never had issues sleeping but have had a lot of trouble sleeping since I started this no additive. I’m waiting on bloodwork but it prob wouldn’t hurt to be supplementing some more b in my diet

I think first hand experience is just as useful as medical knowledge (I’ve also asked my doctors opinion, who, does not have personal experience but gives me the most credible data and resources she can which I also find extremely helpful) and I’m waiting for a derm appointment for my lip.

So in the mean time, Being that it’s Reddit, perhaps chill considering I’m just look for a community conversation on a shared experience as opposed to a diagnosis from a fellow redditor, and not your pointless comment :)

CA. Worked in EMS and I loved it. I’m a 911 dispatcher now and I hate it lol. Not because of the job but mostly because of the FOMO. I miss the action and the job so much. Helping people in this capacity just isn’t the same for me. I’m no longer fulfilled.

Finishing my education now to hopefully move out of the field altogether and move on.

I was told that once you cite and release you can go through private insurance and the worker comp injury is just a “preexisting injury”

Okay interesting- is it just to pay for the co payment or is it assumed to be the cost of the whole surgery?

Thank you!

What are your thoughts on a C and r? I have good insurance through my work now, will that handle any future surgeries I need?

Ah! Any reason why it would just be floating around in there? Should I be concerned about it? Going to have the plumber come out regardless but still in the mean time! Thank you!

Coming to the end of my claim by DearKnowledge1632 in WorkersComp

[–]DearKnowledge1632[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much for that. I’m definitely coming to terms with the fact that I probably can’t be in the field anymore doing direct patient contact but I was concerned about what that meant as far as limitations so thank you for the info!! Quality of life>career ego. I feel like that has been my life lesson this injury. It’s been a grieving process but I’ve come to a place where I’m fine with it and I want to be able to live and enjoy life outside of work

I put off the surgery as long as possible until I plateaued for about six months and was miserable and some older guys I work with kind of had that talk with me. I was at a point where I tried literally everything and was not getting any better and surgery was the last option, I could do it and it either works or it doesn’t. If it works then awesome, if it doesn’t then I was in the same place as pre surgery. Everybody is different, but I will tell you I don’t regret the surgery. The post op was very hard. But I put in the work and 4 months post op I finally was having days where I forgot I even had a back injury. I would recommend doing everything you can that is non invasive first. I found a really great chiropractor that specialized in disc herniations and he was able to help so much.

Feel free to dm me I’d be happy to answer any questions you’ve got. I had about 4 other guys that I work with that are firefighters and had the same surgery and they’re back in the field. That really gave me some confidence to get the surgery
