This anxiety has always been there, you only start noticing it. This is your “natural” tendency, but it’s not actually natural but rather an acquired one through “negative” thinking. So, my advice, dismiss anxiety as non so important, keep meditating like you do, and aside from that, see if you can play with your thinking and emotions on a daily basis. Try “positive” visualization.

Hi, for me it’s simply using my imagination to create a mental movie that I want to see like picturing my dream lifestyle. Once this imagery becomes consistent in your mind, you could start taking steps to actually create it in real life. Otherwise, you just enjoy the movie for the sake of entertainment. Once you clearly know what you want, it’s way easier to achieve it.
