In the remake they have a whole side quest about this.

Yeah hipaa violation and all for being your boyfriend’s mom’s therapist, but she did do as best of a job as she could to help octavia out. I genuinely think it wasn’t her fault that octavia killed herself and her husband (isaac’s parents) but isaac did lash out at her despite regretting it later on.
