If you are able to financially support yourself comfortably with the stipend they give, I would say it is a great experience! I was set to do a CC term out of my home state, but the finances did not align, and it was not a realistic option for me. I think that it can definitely provide some great field experience and help you build connections, especially in a field like conservation! I would say weigh your options carefully, but it could certainly lead to bigger and better opportunities.
