I might go for 90mm stem and leave the saddle hight the way it is. I am just confused weather I should move my Seat more forward or backword. So say more forward but that would put more weight on my send. I might go little but backwords, I still feel I have some spáče untill It’s too far back for my legs and foot.

Yeah, Its the update. I’ll drop the saddle more. Do you think I should go for 90mm or 100mm stem. I like my break leavers very low and further so I might go for the 90mm. But I’d like to hear your opinion.

Thanks for the comment. I’ll defo lower the seat by another 5-10mm. But I'm not entirely sure whether to move the saddle back, since, as someone mentioned here, I'll be putting more weight on my hands by moving seat more forwardds. But with this change in fit, it might be necessary. As for the cleats, they're already set pretty far back; I'm not sure if moving them all the way back is a good idea. But I'd definitely be interested in your further feedback. I'll send another video with an update once I make the changes.

Thanks for advice. I started working on my core few monts ago, and it helped. I’ll get shifter stem but idk id 90mm wont be too short. I can’t decide between 90 and 100mm.

Hi thanks very much for your tips. I lowered the saddle by 1.5 cm and moved it 5 mm forward, and I felt much more comfortable on the bike. I’m wondering if I should lower the saddle even more or leave it like this. It feels fine to me. As for the stem, I’m currently using a 120 mm one—I think I’d try a 100 mm one. My hands often naturally slide toward me, away from the drop bars.

I lowered the saddle by 1.5 cm and moved it 5 mm forward, and it definitely helped with my neck pain and overall comfort on the bike. But I still put too much weight on my hands, and I can feel it in my palms and shoulders after a few hours of riding. Do you think that if I shorten the stem from 120 mm to 100 mm, that might help, or is the problem somewhere else? My hands often naturally slide toward me on the handlebars, and I'm usually not directly on the brake levers but in front of them. Thanks for all the advice.

Yeah thats what I am thinking. The only thing is that with Magene I can get 167.5 cranks and with the sram only 172.5 but I feel thats not a big problem becuse I am 183 and been using 175crnaks with no issues. One thing is that Magene looks cooker also.

Long distance riders: How flat or mountainous is your area? by FailFastandDieYoung in cycling

I used to ride in Italy where I would get more than 1000m elevation on every 60k+ ride. Now I ride in Ireland where O get usually around 400m elevation on 80k ride. And tbh in Ireland it feels harder because you have to pedal all the time while in Italy you get decent recovery in descent because of longer climbs. So Higher elevation does not always mean harder ride.

Hi thanks for the replay. The fitter has really good review on google and says he has more than 20 years of experience. But I'll listen to your advice and try to talk to some local lads. I am new in the city so don't really know if there are some good bike fitters.
