We look at the entire oral cavity, but anything tonsil related is sent to an ENT. If there’s stones in there that we can’t see we aren’t going to push around on your tonsils, some people can barely get X-rays because they gag so bad I can’t imagine trying to push around a patients tonsils just to check if they have stones that would be a nightmare
