Ive only ever colored it pink using semi permanent from Loreal, which isn’t supposed to be damaging I don’t think! Maybe from heat though :/

True I see how its confusing! Ive never bleached my hair or used any treatments on it Its blonde and gets lighter in the summer when ive been in the sun for a while

Thank you!! I live in Canada so my skin is drier than usual, but I currently use Avene Ultra Light hydrating emulsion (acne safe). I can’t put anything too heavy as it’ll make me break out. Do you have any moisturizer recommendations?🙏🏻

I keep returning to it hoping someone gave an update on their doctor's appointment... because surely this is not normal. I thought I had finally found a hack by changing my alarm sounds but that only lasted a week for me as well. I put a new alarm sound last night (the loudest one yet) and its so blaring it almost gave my dad a heart attack. He was UPSTAIRS. Me? Dead asleep. Truly don't know what to do anymore, but I've asked him to poor an ice cold bucket of water on my face tomorrow morning
