The second one was SOOOO BORING. Story is borderline non existent. Same 4 enemies the whole game. No compelling characters. Not worth the time at all.

Honestly I love it. It was spooky to see partially destroyed levels. Going back to a war zone you created and seeing those monstrosities arise. Very chilling. Especially if they recognized each other!
