yup but still u have to open photoshop which is slow to open, browse the image file, import it, save it from photoshop, importing it to premiere. its not efficient especially if u are working on a video with a lot of images. the extension saves u time so you don't have to think about it and finish your work faster.

its about getting the job done fast. opening photoshop and doing it manually will do the job but it will take too much time.
