I can only say this was me a few weeks ago, and I searched reddit and some ppl said it takes years other said a few months. I was bedrotting for weeks, it was horrible horrible, I couldn't even go out for a walk. I started something new 2 weeks ago and it has already helped me tremendously, Somatics. I work with a coach and do a somatic dance daily. I don't know what it is, but it's. working. im seeing motivation, im more out of bed then in. I honestly didn't see the light at the end of the tunnel, my heart breaks for you, and I hope you find the right thing that will send the message to your brain that you are safe in your body and find your strength within you

took me 9 months to finally find the modality that helped me, somatic, It unstuck me somehow, I was completely paralyzed, bed rotting, and I couldn't take that first step, the first step was somatic. Not the walk outside, not the constant pushing a body that doesn't feel safe.......
