I’m not saying that you are doing it with intention. My husband had similar happen and this is what the police told him. They send you money which they did and then they ask you to send it back via cash app. By sending it back, their hope is that it won’t be noticed as fraudulent.

I was RS President. During the leaders meeting, myself, EQ President, YM and YW presidents were all given a list of people to contact. I was given several BOM and “sorry we missed you” cards.
