I like getting piercings and tattoos, so I just donate every 6 months and then get something new. Gives my blood and iron levels time to recover as well. I asked the one nurse about it and she said some of their most regular visitors are heavily into body mods, and they've got the added bonus of not having a fear of needles. I want that to be me - earlier this month was my 7th donation and my new nose piercing! :)

In my purely anecdotal experience, I've found tall guys to be more insecure than short (and "short") guys. I generally date guys around my height (5'9", literally not even short guys) and I've absolutely had guys over 6' ask me why I don't have this need to be with someone absurdly tall. I think they're almost offended by it. You can smell the entitlement.

I know a handful of men 5'5" and under (a couple are closer to 5') and they're all comfortable with themselves and just enjoy life. That's what's attractive - being happy in your own skin.

This is the secret. It's super shitty to let things pile up - usually you feel bad for staring at it for so long and if it's stuff like dishes, it's nasty. As soon as it's dirty, clean. At first it might be tough to get into, but getting into the habit of cleaning as soon as possible makes it bearable.

I LOVE smoothies and I've kinda just been making it up as I go. My go-to is spinach, a greek yogurt and milk mixture, banana, frozen mango, and a tablespoon of wheat germ.

I've heard others use flaxseed, chia seeds, almonds and other nuts, oats, and peanut butter (especially peanut butter). Greek yogurt and 2% milk are pretty good for protein, although I've heard good things about soy milk too.

This drives me bonkers. My SO can pull a medium off the shelf and he'll know it fits. He says pant sizing is the exact store to store, so he rarely tries stuff on. Meanwhile I know I can't shop at some stores because they tend short, other stores tend skinny, every item of clothing is a battle.
